HOFFUN is operated by HOFFUN Labs Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales. Registered office and company number are available on request through Help inside the app (select Legal).

If you believe content on HOFFUN infringes your copyright, submit a notice via in-app Help under the Copyright topic, including: (a) your contact details, (b) identification of the copyrighted work, (c) the URL of the allegedly infringing material, (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised, (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act, and (f) your physical or electronic signature. Counter-notices follow the same channel.

“HOFFUN”, the prism mark, and related design elements are trademarks of HOFFUN Labs Ltd. All other marks belong to their respective owners. Use of our marks requires written permission except for nominative, descriptive fair use.

HOFFUN is a social and creative platform. We are not a broker, dealer, money-services business, investment adviser, or custodian. On-chain features execute transactions you initiate from a self-custodied wallet you control. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

You may not access the Service if you are located in, or are a resident or citizen of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are listed on any restricted parties list maintained by the United Nations, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the United States.

Valid legal process should be submitted via in-app Help under the Legal topic and clearly marked as law-enforcement. We review every request, narrow over-broad demands, and notify users unless legally prohibited.

To report a vulnerability, open Help inside the app and select the Security topic. Please give us a reasonable window to remediate before public disclosure. We do not pursue researchers acting in good faith.
